Infoline is CPB's free, simple phone banking service at your fingertips.

With Infoline, you can get account balances, search transaction history, transfer funds between your CPB accounts, get loan information and more.

To use Infoline, call 522-2222 on Oʻahu, or 800-326-3134 from the Neighbor Islands or Continental U.S.

Account Selection Menu

Selection based on individual accounts:

For checking account information
For saving account information
For loan information
For certificate information
To transfer funds
To change your InfoLine PIN

Checking Account Menu

Select:
1= For balance information
2= For account history
1 = For withdrawals
2 = For deposits
3 = To search for specific transactions
4 = For the most recent transactions
3= For interest information
4= For another checking or money market account

“Quick” keys can be pressed
at any time during your call:

9 = To listen to these options again
* = To return to the previous menu
0 = To speak to a Customer Service Representative

Savings Account Menu

Select:
1 = For balance information
2 = For account history
